16 years ago,GAWEE began its development of the first CO2 SFE plant,Now the company is already the leading company in the market in the field of CO2 SFE laboratory and industrial CO2 SFE plants. It has developed and manufactured a series of small,medium and large industrial CO2 SFE plants of 1-3500L one after another.With an independent laboratory,it can provide its customers with general process flow,special process flow and special process parameters required for extraction of special materials.It has rich ex perience in the manufacturing,installation and commissioning of the plant.Through constant innovation and continuous improvement,it has owned a lot of patents and exclusive technology and won a lot of awards and honorary titles such as the award of the national key new product.The SFE plants made by GAWEE have been used by a lot of domestic users for different application purposes in a lot of fields.Its plants were even exported to Hong kong,Macao,Taiwn of China and India to realize the first export of the domestic industrial CO2 SFE plant.
The key Lab(Academicians' Work Station)of the company boasts of liquid counter-current SFE plants of 300L,100L,2L and 1L,the equipment for extraction,separation and purification of various fat-soluble natural products and the chemical testing equipment.The center can be used to explore the SFE process,process the material from the customers and perform chemical testing for the extracted elements.It can provide comprehensive support for the users in the product extraction process,testing and equipment.

1.This system is multi-function supercritical CO2 fluid extraction equipment, the working mode is intermittent or continuous way to extract solvent from solid material, the additive can be add to the supercritical fluid.
2.The extractors can work with the way of series, parallel and single.
3.The whole equipment is beauty, safety and easy operation, pressure and temperature flow data can be showed on pressure meter and digital instrument.
4.The material of pipe parts valves and pipe lines are all stainless steel.

2. The standard purchase parts for plants of 35MPa shall be famous domestic brands.The pumps and manual/automatic valves for the high-pressure section of the plants of 55MPa shall be imported brands.
3. The structure of the pressure vessels shall a wrapped cylinder,and their internal/external lining exposed to CO2 and their water jacket shall be made of SS304;
4. The pressure and temperature shall be automatically controlled with the Siemens PLC.Both serial and parallel operation shall be available and operated manually.The system shall be monitored and controlled in the computer in the control room.
5. The listed plants except those of 50L and 100L have an off-gas recovery system;
6. The frame and the platform shall be made of carbon steel cleaned and painted,and the plates of the platform and the stair steps shall be made of SS;
7. The quick-opening device of the extractor shall be the yoke type;
8. The pressure vessels shall be made according to the ASME standard. |

Note: 1.Mode:FOB Chinese port for the corresponding plants,other delivery mode can be discussed separately;
2.The pressure vessels above of 35MPa or above shall be manufactured according to the Chinese standard,and those of 75MPa to ASME standard;
3.The important purchased parts for the 75MPa industrial plants such as the high-pressure pumps,the automatic control valves and the manual stop valves shall be imported parts,for the quality of the domestic parts is poor;
